The... read more tour experiences lead by the tour guide Mr Lim had far exceeded our expectation with his professionalism, patience, kindness and most importantly his honesty. Not only he will explain to us the story behind the places and attractions we visit, but he will also make sure to protect and prevent us from stepping into tourist's traps.

But I think his greatest traits is his multilingualism and his patience when communicating with my parents and myself. He can switch between different languages seamlessly and my parents is very pleased with his communication and explanations of the different places.

His guidance had made the tour one of the most memorable for my parents and they are still talking about the trip even after it ended a number of days ago, especially this is their first ever overseas trip after Covid.

We are already planning another trip soon next year and we can't wait to see Mr Lim again. We feel extremely lucky to get to have him be our tour guide in our first trip to Ipoh and making it so special for us!

It would have... read more been challenging to drive on your own if you are unfamiliar, even with GPS. Having Raymond as our guide made us feel safe and secure. He’s knowledgeable and experienced, gave good opinions whether to visit or to skip certain stops. He is also attentive to standby umbrellas and even brought them to us seeing the skies turning darker, we were lucky it did not pour. But we appreciate the kind gestures he made during the trip. We are planning to move here next month and we spent most of our time looking at real estate.... read more Signing up for this overview of the area was a great and small investment to make. The tour guide, Siew, was informative, funny and very flexible with arrangements. It was a tour just for my wife and I with him driving and filling us in on information. He even carried umbrellas for the sun or rain, ponchos and bottles of spring water. He showed us some of the typical tourist sites like Concubine Lane, Kellie's Castle, the clock tower and a tea museum. Then he was flexible enough to take us to the apartment area where we're renting a condo for the next year, including an overview of the general area. He brought us to some very nice places to sample food and even brought us to a salted chicken place to bring home take away for dinner. It was a great tour and a terrific guide.
