Blossom Deli Café is a family-run business. It is run by Shirley who also makes delectable, handcrafted cakes.
As a child, Shirley’s parents rented a stall at the corner shop (now known as Restaurant Hock Thye). And this is where they sold their signature pan mee and fish paste egg noodles.
Following her passion for baking cakes, she took the leap of faith by starting her own business.
This marked the birth of Blossom Deli Café, 4 lots away from the family’s original stall.
Today, Shirley continues to helm the business and operational aspects of the café. While her mother helps in the kitchen producing their signature dishes.
They have several foreign workers to help with waitressing and food preparation.

Each bowl of pan mee (be it hand-torn or rolled noodles) comes with a bowl of anchovy soup. The soup features cekur manis vegetables.

If you love petai (stinky beans), their rendition of petai fried rice is a must-try.

Custom-made cakes can include floral bouquets and popular animations. Shirley gives fine attention to details. Depending on the order, this includes printouts and fake flowers.
